Hayden Nollenberger
Hayden hails from Minneapolis, Minnesota. His passion for skiing tops his list of hobbies, but he also enjoys running, reading, hiking, playing the saxophone, and watching sports in his spare time. Hayden describes himself as dependable, precise, and open-minded. One of his bucket list goals is to hike the Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim.
Matthew Filardo
Matthew hails from Rhode Island and studied in Massachusetts, later working and living in Boston. He loves outdoor recreational activities, skiing year-round, hiking, and camping in summer. Growing up in the Ocean State, he enjoys surfing, swimming, and beach activities but is transitioning to biking. A fun fact about him is his talent for organizing charcuterie boards. One of his bucket list goals is to ski the steeps of Chamonix and enjoy fine wine and cheese at après-ski.
Mike Daly
Mike hails from Wellington, New Zealand. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, hunting, and spending time with friends and family. Described as fun, intense, and dedicated in the workplace, Mike brings a unique blend of enthusiasm and commitment to his role. A fun fact about him is that he once experienced a volcanic eruption while working at a ski area in New Zealand—fortunately, everyone was safe! On his bucket list is hunting Red Stag back in New Zealand.
Mike Boettcher
Originally from Wisconsin, Mike’s favorite pastimes include mountain biking, bow hunting, fishing, and skiing. A fun fact about Mike is that he has appeared on a cooking show for PBS. One item on his bucket list is to go on a moose hunt in Alaska.
Hank Gilson
From Topsham, Maine, Hank is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys skiing, climbing, playing guitar, and chess. Known for his laid-back and positive nature, he’s a team player who uplifts any group. Although not circus-ready, Hank can ride a unicycle and dreams of a ski hut trip for some fresh powder.
Mike Kannaley

Mike Kannaley hails from New Jersey (virtual high five to all fellow east coasters) and moved to Summit with his wife. Mike snowboards and is loves to shred the high country pow. In his spare time, he also enjoys wood working.
Junior Carbajal
A South Padre Island local, Junior moved to the Rockies to pursue his hospitality profession after earning his dual bachelors in business administration. A knack of trades with an entrepreneur mind, he’s grown hops in Maryland, been involved in hosting music events and managed hotels in Texas. When not in the mist of hard work you can catch him lakeside, at music events, riding, camping and adventuring onto off-road trails with good company.
Tyler Orr
Originally from Northwest Indiana, Tyler moved here in 2014 to work for the summer at his family business, Orr Concrete. Years later, he’s still living in Summit. When Tyler’s not in the office you can find him hiking with his wife and their two goldendoodles, skiing, fly fishing, or in the kitchen trying out new recipes.
Ty Salazar
Ty, originally from northern Colorado, started with Pinnacle as part of our Field Crew team. Now, he manages job sites and works with our trade partners. He is a self-proclaimed sports junkie; football and basketball being his favorite, he is always looking for somebody to who will play ball.
