Colton Whitman

Project Superintendent

Colton was born and raised in Colorado and received a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Colorado State University. He grew up with a strong desire to build things and is thrilled to be doing it in the coolest place with some awesome people. Colton enjoys the typical Colorado lifestyle; skiing in the winter and fishing and backpacking in the summer.


Chad Rowe

President of Construction

Chad enjoys spending time outdoors and building things, all while spending as much time as possible with his wife and 4 kids! The entire family enjoys camping, motorcycling, climbing, and hiking. Chad has lived in Summit County for over a decade and while he is heavily involved with his kid’s activities he is also an active member in his church community and sits on the board of the Summit County chapter of Habitat for Humanity.


Brady Kress

Purchasing Manager

Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Brady made the move West following the fish and snow. After graduating from Penn State, he got his start in the construction industry and started with Pinnacle not long after. In his free time, Brady enjoys fishing, hunting, skiing, and anything outdoors.


Amanda Flanagan

Project Designer

Originally from Philadelphia Area, Amanda moved to Colorado to attend Colorado State for Landscape Architecture in Fort Collins. After college, she moved to Denver to design rooftops for a few years then transitioned to Vail to pursue landscape architecture in the mountains. When Amanda’s not at work, you can find her hanging with her dog, snowboarding, rafting or camping, anything outdoors.


Alex Rae Metzger

Director, People & Culture

After graduating Humboldt State University in Northern California with a degree in International Finance and a minor in Spanish, Alex Rae returned to her Summit County roots. Her passions lie in mental health initiatives, enjoying the great outdoors and eating chips. When not in office you can find her hanging out with her chickens, petting cows, biking, running, relaxing on a boat or simply just taking a nap.


Alida Toth

Project Manager

Alida moved to Colorado in 2017 after completing a double major in Civil Engineering and Architecture at Lawrence Technology University. Alida spent her first summer in Colorado traveling around the state before she landed a job designing custom homes and affordable housing in Summit County. While architecture is her passion, Alida also brings knowledge of the engineering side of design. Outside of work you can find Alida hiking, paddle boarding, and camping in the summers and snowboarding and backcountry skiing in the winter, always along for the adventure is her rescue dog.


Alex Fitch

Born and raised in Summit County, Alex spent years chasing some combination of a career in professional rugby and tech marketing all over the world. But as it happens to so many, the allure of Summit County became too much to ignore. To Pinnacle, Alex brings years of technical marketing, design, and brand strategy experience. When not working, he spends his time pursuing all the activities his doctor tells him he should avoid, ski mountaineering, mountain biking, canyoneering, and even a little rugby when he’s feeling nostalgic.


Adrienne Rynes

President, Interior Design

Adrienne’s passion for architecture, art history and travel have inspired her love of all forms of design. Adrienne graduated from The George Washington University in Washington, DC and worked first as a consultant and then as marketing director. While building her own house with her husband, she truly discovered her passion for interior design. Adrienne’s personal style is classic and timeless, with just a touch of flair. She enjoys the juxtaposition of old and new materials, creating spaces that enhance the overall feel of a home. When she’s not working, Adrienne enjoys being outdoors, hiking, biking, and skiing with her husband and two boys. She also loves cooking and entertaining for friends and family and has a quite a knack for party and event planning!


Robin Massingill

ASSOCIATE DESIGNER

Robin was born and raised in the heat of Mississippi and Arkansas with her twin brother and 2 older sisters.  She graduated with a degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Arkansas. Woo pig sooie!!  After moving to Colorado in 2015 she found a passion for backpacking in the summers, skiing in the winters, and enjoying concerts in between. Robin prioritizes being a good listener, staying curious, and taking risk to execute curated spaces that are full of personality.
