Design Showroom Manager:

The right person will be detail-oriented with a sales and showroom focus. With an equal emphasis to support the sales team in their client relationships and improve the showroom presence and aesthetic, this person will be creative and inspiring. This person will have skills related to relational sales, positive communication, and people skills and should also enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment with strong follow-through and a desire to grow with us. Leadership, attention to detail and encouragement will be key attributes of this team manager and mentor.

Primary Role:

  • Be a brand advocate and acquire a high degree of knowledge about the company, our designs and products.
  • Structure and support sales team to provide exceptional customer experience throughout all interactions.
  • Engage customers using sales skills and structure a seamless sales experience that develops long-term relationships.
  • Consistently and accurately follow up with the sales team on vendor and client communication in a timely manner.
  • Develop ideas and execute strategies to drive traffic growing our local contact lists to increase sales.
  • Review, manage, and process open sales and purchase orders for processing and follow through to completion.
  • Report and analyze showroom metrics, manage budgets, and maintain projections and goals for sales.
  • Support the sales team in maintaining the presentation of the store and lead our team to success.
  • Work the showroom floor as needed.
  • Any other tasks as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 30 lbs
  • Ability to maneuver effectively around sales floor, stock room and office
  • Position requires prolonged standing, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing

Salary and benefits dependent on years of experience and skill level.
